Working in the escrow industry for the past 20 years as an Escrow Assistant, I know the importance of a real estate transaction closing smoothly for you and for your client.

One of the ways of bringing an escrow to a close with added convenience to your client is to bring the loan documents and the notary directly to the client, without causing an interruption to your client's very busy schedule.

Many buyers today find it very difficult to schedule an appointment during the middle of their work schedule to sign the new lender's loan documents.

For those buyers, I will travel directly to them in the evenings or weekends, either to their residence or to your office, to assist them in signing their loan documents.

I fully explain each and every document, the same service they would have received at the escrow office.
