All Charges can be Billed to Escrow and paid at close of escrow.

●	Loan Document Sign Up Fee: $125.00 to $150.00 Orange County and portions of Los Angeles County
●	2nd Loan Document Concurrent Signing:  $50.00
●	Receive and Copy eMail Loan Docs:  $25.00 (per loan)
●	Pick Up and Delivery Service:  $20.00
●	Notary Service of Grant Deed and other escrow documents: Travel fee as low as $25.00, plus $10.00 per signature per document
